cpsylist: Reminder: Drop in feedback session Tues 11-1: CPSY program paperwork: Moving to electronic tracking and record-keeping (Operation Go-Electronic)

Dear CPSY Students,

The CPSY faculty are undertaking efforts to overhaul our program record-keeping procedures, moving to electronic methods, reducing the time and effort that it takes all of us to engage in record-keeping activities, while at the same time improving ease of access to that information.

Before doing so, we're looking to review our documentation and consider any revisions that will improve our tracking and documentation, and we welcome feedback from CPSY students in this effort.

This is a reminder about the upcoming drop-in session for Week 3: Tuesday April 17th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in Hedco (Room 240) to stop by and share your thoughts and provide feedback about our current program documentation-content and processes.  Most program tracking/eval documents are attached here. If you cannot attend the Tues Drop-In session, please feel free to email us with your input by Friday, April 20th at CPSY at uoregon.edu<mailto:CPSY at uoregon.edu>.

After obtaining student and community supervisor input, the faculty will convene to finalize changes to our documentation and begin the process of going electronic.  Thanks in advance for your input.
