Upcoming - First Friday ArtWalk & Fiesta Cultural Kick-off Event

Lane Arts Council's September 1st First Friday ArtWalk bilingual guided tour begins at 5:30pm at Kesey Square, followed by stops at 6:00pm at Park Street Blocks, 6:30pm at Broadway Commerce Center (44 W Broadway), 7:00pm at  gilt+gossamer (873 Willamette St), and 7:30pm at MAVEN (271 W 8th Ave).  This ArtWalk is hosted by Selene Jaramillo.   *   5:00pm - A salsa dance lesson by Jose Cruz from Salseros Dance Company
  *   5:30pm - The ArtWalk kicks off with dance performances by Jose and Michelle Cruz from Salseros Dance Company, a fandango (jam session) preview, and Cuban salsa by Azúcar.
  *   6:00pm - Antonio Huerta wowing the crowds with Charrería (rope tricks) to music by Mariachi Monumental
  *   6:30-9:30pm - A salsa dance party with Dina y los Rumberos
  *   Jill Torres emcees the event
  *   A free kids art activity with Samuel Becerra
  *   Fiesta Cultural printmaking by Eugene Printmakers
  *   A community activity by Oregon Supported Living Program
  *   Artwork by Latino artists
  *   Tabling by community partners
  *   Tasty food!
