Subject: Research Recruitment - Understanding Trainees' Experiences of Microaggressions in Supervision

Dr. McWhirter,

My name is Haidi Song, and I am currently a third-year doctoral student in the counseling psychology program at Auburn University. I am doing a research project on trainees' experiences of microaggressions and competence development in supervision.

I would like to invite students in your program to participate in our study. The research will build understanding for the ways in which training experiences impact trainee's growth in various domains. I would be very appreciative if you could help us distribute the survey and forward the following letter of invitation to student trainees in the program. If I can provide any additional information about the study, please let me know.

Below is the link of our study survey:

Dr. Evelyn Hunter is the faculty advisor of the project, which is approved by the Auburn University IRB (protocol #17-371 EX 1709) through 09/06/2020.

Thank you so much for your assistance in distributing this study information to student trainees,
