Subject: [CCPTP] Preparing Future Faculty Postdoctoral Positions at U of Missouri

Colleagues,

The University of Missouri has announced openings for the Preparing Future Faculty Postdoctoral Program for Faculty Diversity. These are 2-year postdoctoral positions that are aimed to develop and prepare scholars for tenure-track faculty positions. The postdoctoral fellows will be engaged in professional development activities in both year, and have the opportunity to teach during the second year of the fellowship. This is a great opportunity for scholars to develop their research program before applying to tenure track faculty positions. See the attached document for more information about the position and how to apply.

Please share this with students in your program who are graduating next summer and who are interested in pursuing faculty positions but can use additional time to focus on developing their research.

Applicants who are interested in applying can contact me at FloresLY at missouri.edu<mailto:FloresLY at missouri.edu> with questions.

Best, Lisa Flores
