Dear Latinx UO male students,

To support Latinx male students in their UO college experience, The Division of Equity and Inclusion is kicking off a Latinx Male Student Alliance. In tandem with student leadership, the newly created group will provide academic, cultural, social, leadership development, and personal support for UO undergraduate Latinx male students.

To this end, we invite you to participate in the kick-off event.

Compadreando con Lideres Latinx—Networking with Latinx Leaders
Tuesday, November 14, from 4:30 to 6 pm

Refreshments and appetizers will be served

We have invited UO faculty/staff, community leaders, and school administrators/teachers to share their experiences in navigating higher education, career/professional development, education/teaching, and community leadership. The event promises to be, not only inspirational but also provide a forum for discussion and direction/action about the unique needs and interests of Latinx male undergraduate students. Please join us. Todos son bienvenidos/All are welcome!!
