cpsylist: Preauthorization for Summer and Fall courses

Hello all,

Below you will find a link to the pre-authorization Qualtrics survey for summer and fall. If you need to be cleared for courses in either of these terms, please fill out the survey completely. If you need to be cleared for courses in both terms, please fill out the survey for summer only, submit a response, and visit again to create a new response for fall.

Be sure to include all information for your course including your desired course title when prompted. As I'm late in sending this out, I'll check for responses tomorrow at 4pm and clear anyone who has responded at that time. >From then on, I will process authorizations each Friday, as the survey suggests, and I will do so at 11am. If you have requested clearance during the week, you may attempt to register at noon on the Friday after your request is made. Please feel free to let me know if you need additional support.
