Subject: Microaggression in Clinical Supervision

Dear training director,

Please consider forwarding this email to your masters and/or doctoral level trainees.

We are inviting students who experienced a racial microaggression while receiving clinical supervision to participate in a survey telling us about their experiences as well as asking them about some of the ways in which they cope.

To qualify for this study, participants must be at least 18 years old, and must have experience a racial microaggression during clinical supervision as part of a formalized training experience at some point within the last 2 calendar years. Participants do not need to currently be in clinical supervision, nor do they currently have to be a student.  The survey will take about 25 minutes and participants will have the option of entering a raffle for one of four $20 VISA gift cards.
