cpsylist: ALERT: Important CPSY Student Survey arriving to your inbox Friday: PLEASE COMPLETE SURVEY ASAP

Dear all CURRENT Program Students,

In preparation for our APA accreditation site visit in Spring 2018 and self-study due September 1, 2017, we have prepared a 5-10' qualtrics survey that we need EVERY CURRENT CPSY DOCTORAL STUDENT (INCLUDING PSYCHOLOGY INTERNS :) ) to complete in the next 14 days.  This survey will arrive tomorrow.

The survey asks you to evaluate the CPSY program on

*         how well it is preparing you in each of the 9 professional competency areas listed in your annual student evaluations this year,

*         quality of student-faculty relations, and

*         your research productivity since entering the program (rather than by single years).

*         If you rate any dimension of the program training as inadequate (i.e., "not well at all"), you will be prompted to provide specific suggestion(s) for program improvement.

This survey is ANONYMOUS.

You will receive an email from me tomorrow (Friday 7/14) that provides a link to the qualtrics survey.  When you get my email, it is ESSENTIAL that you take 5-10' to complete the survey ASAP and no later than FRIDAY, JULY 28th, 2017.

Please do not delay!   (I know vacations and travel are happening now.) If you have any access at all to email in the next 14 days, RESPOND please!   Your participation in this survey is an essential part of the accreditation process.  We must have a very high response rate to insure representativeness of these survey results.

P.S.  Your anonymous responses will be tabulated in qualtrics and summarized by Julie Wren, head of our COE institutional assessment.
