cpsylist: Transitions & Roles

Dear CPSY Students,

I know you join your faculty in sadness that Becca is moving on to a new opportunity, even as we support her in this new endeavor. Tomorrow is Becca's last day, as much as I would like to deny this reality.

Some of you have been asking the logical question of who will provide support and facilitate the many tasks and responsibilities that Becca has taken care of for us all.
Lesley Yates-Pollard, who joined us when Becca did and does awesome work with the CFT program, will be covering CPSY support needs for the remainder of the academic year.  Please send any messages you would have sent to Becca to cpsy at uoregon.edu<mailto:cpsy at uoregon.edu>. Becca is getting everything ready to hand over to Lesley and they'll do a final review of CPSY  information tomorrow so that Lesley is ready to take over.

There will be many new things to learn as Lesley assumes these responsibilities. Please take extra care to contextualize and explain any requests you have for Lesley, and recognize that things may take longer given the workload and newness of some aspects of the work. Please take extra care to read your program handbook (and especially the most recent version!) before asking questions. As you probably know, I go to the handbook first when you all ask me questions. Except if you are asking, "How are you?". That is not in the handbook.
