cpsylist: Breathe

Dear CPSY community,

Even as many of us struggle with our own shock and grief, we are called to support many others in our roles as instructors, supervisors, therapists, and colleagues, as well as our personal roles as parents, daughters and sons, extended family, friends, communities--. Many people- many of us-  are experiencing fear, anxiety, depression, rage, and more.
Many people are feeling triggered and traumatized. As we move through today and tomorrow it will be important to strive for patience, understanding, and kindness. We need to keep breathing deeply while we assess and plan for the future.

Please reach out to give and to seek support. My door is open.
