Subject: Banting Postdoctoral Fellowships

Hi,

I am contacting you because of our shared research interests on gender-responsive theories and practices and/or on vulnerable youth in care.

I am a professor in Psychoeducation in the province of Quebec (Canada).
I hold a Canadian Research Chair and my research program focuses on developing gender-responsive theories and practices for delivering services to girls involved with the child welfare and justice systems.

I've conducted a longitudinal study on adolescent girls in residential care : six measurement waves from mid-adolescence to emerging adulthood (n = 135 at Wave 6)  + qualitative interviews in emerging adulthood. The Canadian government is offering prestigious postdoctoral fellowships (70,000 CAN$/year x 2 years).
My University is recruiting highly competitive candidates for these fellowships.
