<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Next week (November 10 – 14), the College of Education will be hosting a Food Drive to support COE students and COE community members who have been impacted by the recent freeze on food supports.
Thank you to all of the faculty and staff who have already expressed an interest in finding ways to support our COE community during this time.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Based on this interest, starting on
<b>Monday, November 10<sup>th</sup></b> and through <b>Friday, November 14<sup>th</sup></b> the COE
<b>will be accepting donations</b> of food and household necessities in HEDCO 130 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm to be collected for distribution via a short-term COE Food Pantry.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">We encourage donations of non-perishable items such as:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">There are many sources online that provide suggestions of helpful household necessities that have large impact for students and families during times of unexpected need.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">We will not be accepting or credit card donations but will accept gift cards to local grocery stores and local chains and can include those in the food pantry distribution.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Once we have completed the collection, the Food Pantry (for
<b>distributing the donations</b>) will run on <b>Monday November 17th</b> and <b>
Tuesday November 18th</b> (9:00 am – 4:00 pm) out of HEDCO 130. COE students or staff collecting items from the food pantry are encouraged to bring their own bag.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
