<p class="MsoNormal">As many of you may know, I am currently serving as the COE representative on the Human Subjects Research Advisory Committee (HSRAC). The goal of this committee is to help build strong relationships between researchers and Research Compliance
 Services (RCS) to facilitate an expedient, compliant, and ethical manner in conducting human subjects research on campus. Our committee serves to provide guidance to RCS based on feedback from researchers, including strategies to increase communication, training,
 and outreach. Such efforts are aligned with the goals of the <a href="https://research.uoregon.edu/irb-process-update">continuous quality improvement action plan of the IRB</a>. We know that there have been a number of growing pains in the past few years related
 to human subjects research; RCS is eager to work with us to make sure the processes are working for all!<o:p></o:p></p>

Just a reminder to PIs who have not migrated all protocols into RAP to get it done as the timeline is nearing for mandatory migration. If the protocol is no longer active, please complete the continuing review form for a study closure (<a href="https://research.uoregon.edu/sites/default/files/2023-08/hrp-960_-_investigator_-_continuing_review_study_closure_0.pdf"><span style="color:#467886">RAP
