 HB 2919</a></u></span><span style="color: rgb(36, 36, 36);"> now requires colleges and universities to display required course materials and estimated costs on the university bookstore website at the time of student registration. Beyond complying with this

 new legislative requirement, we believe that providing this information in advance of registration is a supportive practice for students, and gives them the necessary time to find low-cost alternatives and seek financial support. </span></p>

<u>All</u> courses must report all required materials – even those that don’t have any materials and those that are not ordering materials through the Duck Store. The Duck Store is collaborating with the university on this by providing their systems and personnel

There is a batch reporting option on the website above if your unit has a group of sections/courses that do not any required materials.</li><li style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(36, 36, 36); margin: 0in;">

If you have staff who assist with this, they can be added as departmental approvers. The instructions for that are on the website above.</li></ul>
