 you to all of the faculty, staff, and students who have been involved in our numerous faculty searches this fall/winter! We have had faculty searches in every COE department this year and are in the process of recruiting a phenomenal group of new colleagues
 to join us in the fall (more later when the dust settles). Many of us are now turning our attention to graduate admissions. Faculty and staff alike know the important work of recruiting new students to join us this fall. Our masters students represent our
 “bread and butter” in the College of Education and the majority of our programs prepare professionals at the master’s level to join the work force. I’m excited to learn about your recruitment efforts and how I can support this important work.

 work force shortages they are facing – for special and general education teachers, speech language pathologists, and school psychologists in particular and are appreciative of the partnerships they have with many of our COE programs. Our collective work in
 the COE is essential for training the next generation of school personnel, and I’m so proud of the work that you are doing on behalf of that mission. Please encourage your students to attend the annual Educator Career Fair on March 14<sup>th</sup> from 2-5pm
