to extend appreciation to the group of faculty leaders who joined our COE leadership team yesterday for Althea Banda-Hansmann’s workshop on “Leading and Transforming Through Conflict.” Our group enjoyed the thoughtful session and came away inspired to better
understand conflict as a normal part of change and leverage our strengths to transform in these challenging moments. Incidentally, Althea Banda-Hansmann is giving the invited lecture tonight in the
