 program <a href="https://sail.uoregon.edu/">SAIL</a>. This past summer, SAIL served over 450 Oregon high school students from underrepresented backgrounds in the summer education and mentoring program. It was wonderful to see and celebrate the many UO faculty
 and staff who devote their time, expertise, and passion to serving Oregon youth, particularly those who are low income, first generation, and students from underrepresented backgrounds. I appreciate the contributions of our COE faculty and staff who have contributed
 to this program and would love to grow our involvement given the alignment with our COE mission and activities. Thank you, Audrey Lucero and Jen Doty,<b>
