of spring break, we will not have a weekly email next week, but will be back with the COE Weekly on Wednesday April 5<sup>th</sup>.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">Consistent with our focus on nurturing our COE community and sense of belongingness, we will be focusing on our COE climate survey next term. We will be reviewing our COE climate survey data in the
<b>Faculty/Staff meeting on Friday April 7th </b>and review our college’s plan for faculty, staff, and GE engagement surrounding the survey results. As we embark on the important, and possibly challenging, conversations about our climate, our community, and
our overall employee engagement, I ask each of you to approach this work with commitment, care, and respect.
