</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:black">on three topics related to curriculum development and teaching approaches that support graduate student learning in an online applied behavior analysis </span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:#333333;background:white">course
sequence</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:black">. First, she will share an integrated approach to online course design rooted in behavioral and adult learning principles, as well as relevant course materials exemplifying the application
of these principles. Next, she will provide information about her diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts in teaching, service, and research, with an emphasis on the DEI curriculum she is iteratively co-developing alongside several other Applied Behavior
Analysis faculty members at the University of Washington. Finally, she will share her scholarly agenda with suggestions for how research experiences with coaching and training may be well-suited to supporting master’s level student capstone projects.</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">

Education Program, which is funded through the UO Provost Office for Online Initiatives and the College of Education.

<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:black;background:white">Elizabeth M. Kelly is an instructor in special education and applied behavior analysis at the University of Washington, and a research scientist at the Haring
Center for Inclusive Education. She recently earned a PhD in special education with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis at the University of Washington. Dr. Kelly’s research interests include coaching and training, family-practitioner partnerships, and
ethical practices in applied behavior analysis. Dr. Kelly currently manages a federal grant supporting the implementation of a tiered coaching model in early childhood settings and teaches a course in behavior measurement to first-year ABA students.
