On Monday February 23, faculty, OAs, classified staff, and graduate employees at the University of Oregon will receive an invitation to complete the 2026 Employee Engagement Survey, administered by Gallup. Please prioritize completing this survey (during paid work hours) once it becomes available.



Faculty Performance Review Process Has Launched

The College of Education has officially kicked off this year’s faculty performance review cycle. Faculty scheduled for review have now been notified and received instructions for completing their portion of the evaluation in Elements<https://provost.uoregon.edu/elements>. Spotlights and Recognition

CPHS Kudos to Christina Schnieder, Kaitlyn Adams, and Kristen King

Christina, Kaitlyn, and Kristen did a phenomenal job supporting [CPHS] doctoral and master's program admissions. It was more intense than previously, and they handled it with grace. There were no noticeable hiccups in the process--they rock! Thank you, Christina, Kaitlyn, and Kristen!



Faculty Spotlight: Keynote Address

Lisa A. Mazzei, Alumni Faculty Professor of Education, has been invited to deliver a Keynote Address for the 10th European Congress of Qualitative Inquiry (ECQI). The conference will be held in Seville, Spain in January 2027. Congratulations, Lisa!

Meet College of Education alumna Cati Adkins. After earning her Bachelor of Education (Family and Human Services) in 2014 and her Master of Education in Prevention Science in 2021, Adkins now serves as the School-Based Mental Health Services (SBMH) Grant Manager and Project Director at the Douglas Education Service District (ESD) in rural Southern Oregon.

The rule applies to all the following types of web-based content that you create or provide for your courses and in other work, including:

  *   Canvas courses, course websites, and research websites (including sites built in UO Blogs);
  *   Web-based exams and quizzes, web-based textbook components/integrations, online forms, mobile applications, and any web-based third-party products (learning platforms and integrations);
  *   Videos and other media on the web.
