For those of you who don’t own a set of regalia and wish to participate in Commencement activities, the College of Education will cover rental costs for regalia to use at Commencement.  Commencement is Monday, June 16.  The COE ceremony will be held on the lawn behind Knight Library from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.  More information will be available in the coming weeks.

Order by May 12.  Although most of the form is self-explanatory, when you get to the ‘Billing Information’ block, choose ‘bill department’ and enter the index CCFGEN.  Please note the order cut off dates below, especially if you wish to purchase your own set of fine regalia.
The Duck Store no longer delivers these to us; you will be responsible for pick up and return of your own rental regalia.  They will send you an email to notify you of when to pick it up. IMPORTANT: Unreturned regalia will be billed at the full cost to the person renting.
Regalia Rental Deadlines

  1.  May 12:  Last day to order rental regalia. If extenuating circumstances kept you from renting, email orders at uoduckstore.com<mailto:orders at uoduckstore.com> to see if they can accommodate your request.
  2.  July 1: Deadline for in-store regalia return drop-off or post-mark date for shipping regalia returns to The Duck Store Distribution Center.
Regalia Rental Options

  1.  Bachelor | Master | PhD regalia rentals
  2.  Packages or a la carte
  3.  Cap/tassel or tam/tassel options available for PhD
  4.  Guaranteed school colors for hoods if submitted by deadline
  5.  Available for pick up at flagship Campus or White Stag
  6.  Pick up notifications will be sent to email address provided when rental is placed
  7.  Fulfillment takes 8-10 weeks
Purchase Options
If you would like to purchase regalia so you have your own, that is also an option, using the link to Josten’s noted below.

  1.  April 22: Order deadline for custom-made fine regalia and guaranteed hood colors. After that date, The Duck Store will provide either University of Oregon colors or the closest match possible. The Duck Store can research regalia options for most universities.
  2.  April 23: Orders placed on or after April 23rd will be charged a $15 late fee for custom made fine regalia.  Departments will not cover this fee. School specific hood colors can no longer be guaranteed. The Duck Store will provide either University of Oregon colors of the closest match possible.

You will receive your regalia in approximately 5 weeks. If you need your regalia for an event that occurs before your anticipated delivery, Jostens can provide you with a complimentary regalia rental package which includes a black gown w/black trim, hood (school colors not guaranteed), and black mortar board w/old gold tassel.
