coe-staff: Clinic Elevator Update

We want to make you aware that the clinic (southwest) elevator has been experiencing intermittent issues due to the cold weather. Otis is actively working to resolve the problem, but in the meantime, we encourage you to continue reporting any issues so we can promptly alert them as they work toward a solution.  The northeast elevator (the one by the café) is available for use.
