coe-staff: HEDCO main stairway

All-

We experienced some water intrusion in the main stairwell lobby during the ice storm.  Subsequently, CPFM has shut down the stairwell for safety reasons and is asking folks to use the elevator.  We do not have a timeline for repairs and we will advise once we have a better idea of the damage that has taken place.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.  Hope everyone is thawing out.
