coe-staff: SAS and Learning Commons Hours for Winter Break

Hello,

For the academic term break, the schedule for the COE Student Academic Service office will be:
December 16 - 20 and December 23:  Office is open 8 am - 4 pm (office may be closed during lunch)
December 24 - Jan 1:  The SAS office is closed (UO mail services will not be delivering during the quiet period)
January 2 - 3:  Office is open 8 am - 4 pm

There will be no package/mail delivery on the days the office is closed, so if your departments or programs need something, it will be best to order it to be delivered prior to Dec. 23rd or have it shipped elsewhere.  Please plan accordingly.  Campus mail will hold packages during this time and they will be delivered to the COE sometime after Jan. 1.

The Learning Commons will be closed to students beginning on Monday, December 16th and won't open to students again until Monday, January 6th. In between that time, there will be staffing, but staff may not be in the learning commons, as they will be working on projects in various locations.
