Dear COE community,

Today's edition of the Monthly is especially full, signifying a quickening pace as we approach another academic year. The Dean's Leadership Team met today for a daylong retreat and I left the day feeling energized for the year. Our focus today was on understanding the roles of our team, how our work all contributes to the mission of the College of Education, and how the College of Education is a major driver of the UO's mission, priorities, and Association of American University (AAU) metrics. I'm looking forward to sharing more with you during our October 6th COE Faculty and Staff meeting.

Until then, enjoy the last few days of summer. I look forward to seeing you and welcoming back our students in the coming days.

Warmly,

Laura Lee
