coe-staff: UO Governor's Food Drive Final Days

Hello,


We are in the final days of UO Governor's Food Drive! Last chance!!


Thank you for your consideration and generosity throughout the month. As an institution we have donated the equivalent of (107,994) meals for our food insecure neighbors... about $6,000 shy of our campus-wide goal of 130,000 meals equivalent. Help us end strong!



$1 donated = 3 meals

Here are the ways you can support this important community fundraiser:



  1.  Payroll Deductions:  Beginning February 1, you will be able to create a one-time, or 12-month recurring payroll deduction via this form<https://forms-b.uoregon.edu/form/launch/governor-state-employee-food-drive>. Be sure to enter the College of Education name in the 'department' field. Note: Payroll deductions from last year's food drive are not rolling over; you will need to set up a new monthly deduction if you would like your donation to continue.


  1.  Donate Online: Click here for the College of Education online giving site<https://fflc.akaraisin.com/ui/UOGov23/t/a6e119706582443499c8fc5bfab15563> to make a donation with a credit/debit card. (Click the 'Donate' button to make a fast donation. Create a personal fundraiser page by clicking 'Join team' if you're going to make multiple donations or solicit donations from others!)
  2.  Donate shelf-stable food: Provide variety to pantry shelves with most-needed foods<https://foodforlanecounty.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Most-Wanted-2020.pdf> or culturally diverse foods.  Our team food barrel is located in HEDCO 130.
