coe-staff: Syllabi Statements - Updated for Spring 2022

Dear faculty and staff,

As you are all probably aware as of March 18th UO will no longer require masks to be worn indoors and our syllabus template must reflect these changes in policy. To this end I have embedded the language from the Provost's guidance in our COE syllabus template.

We are not allowed to make separate policies for our courses and must follow UO official policies and procedures. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
