coe-staff: Summer Support Hours for SAS and IT

Hello,

Starting Friday, June 17th 2022, the Student Academic Service office will be closed for in-person services on Fridays (SAS, Suite 130 HEDCO).  Advising services will continue to be provided remotely on Fridays.  The office will be open 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Thursday.

Additionally, during the peak dates of the World Track and Field Events (July 14th - 26th ), in-person hours for SAS mail-services will be limited to 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm (Monday - Thursday) for mail pick-up only.  All Advising services will be conducted remotely during that time. For those unable to collect mail during that window, mail can be collected from the Learning Commons outside of those hours.

The Learning Commons will be open 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday all summer for technical support. Please note however: August 15th - September 27th, 2022 the Learning Commons will be providing support services to faculty and staff only.
