coe-staff: SAS and Learning Commons Winter Break Hours (UPDATE / CHANGE)

Dear Faculty and staff,

Due to some unanticipated changes in staffing in the Student Academic Service (SAS) Office, the schedule that was shared yesterday (below) regarding mail and package pick-up has been adjusted until further notice.

New Schedule:


  *   Starting Monday, December 12th, the SAS office will be mostly closed and unstaffed through Friday, January 6th 2023.
  *   While the SAS office is closed or inaccessible, mail and packages can be collected from the Learning Commons but will require communication / coordination with Learning Commons staff via either the UO Service Portal https://service.uoregon.edu or by contacting the support number at 541-346-7088.

During winter break, the SAS office (HEDCO Suite 130) will be closed and unstaffed:


  *   Monday, December 12th - Friday, January 6th 2023 (unless otherwise messaged)
  *   Tuesday, December 27th - Wednesday, December 28th 2022 and
  *   Monday, January 2nd - Friday, January 6th 2023.

During those windows, mail will be available for pick up from the Learning Commons.

Learning Commons:

The Learning Commons will be closed to students and operating on limited staffing:

  *   Monday, December 12th 2022 - Monday, January 9th 2023
To access mail or computer services during that time, please arrange a time with staff by scheduling through the UO Service Portal (https://service.uoregon.edu) and/or by calling the 541-346-7088 support number.
