coe-staff: Commencement Receptions on June 13

Hello,
Having our commencement ceremony so near to our own building opens up a lot of opportunities for programs to connect with their students and families and I'm receiving some requests for space for receptions on June 13.  The short amount of time between the main UO ceremony and our COE one gives a limited time window for receptions to be held prior to the COE Ceremony.  To avoid double booking spaces, please let me know of any receptions you might be interested in hosting that day.  Catering will be mostly booked for other UO functions, so provide yourself with enough time to use the catering waiver process if you will need to use a caterer from outside of the UO.
HEDCO 220 will be used as a faculty/doctoral student ready room and we will be having a reception for Doctoral students in the HEDCO Courtyard, so those will be unavailable for other events from 10 am - 2 pm on June 13.
