coe-staff: Building Visits Winter 2021

Dear Faculty and Staff,
As a reminder for Winter 2021, occupancy-coordinators in individual departments and units will continue to work with faculty and staff to record and coordinate as necessary any regularly scheduled hours in COE facilities.
Irregular visits will continue to be requested via the Irregular Schedule survey: https://oregon.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0Go9Zizro3uvzlX This survey is for any faculty or staff who may need to travel to campus for an unanticipated or off-schedule visit to the COE complex. Please complete the survey before your intended visit . This survey will continue to be used for the foreseeable future.
