coe-staff: Website "freeze" from August 24-26

Dear Faculty and Staff,

Please be aware that there will be a freeze on all website work from August 24 through 26. The UO will be implementing an upgrade of our content management system from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 during that time. All requests for changes will be continued/completed after the new version goes live on August 27.
