Hello,

The COE Commencement Ceremony will take place from 10:30 am – 11:00 am on Saturday, June 20 and include some fun surprises to celebrate our graduates. This ceremony includes many of the same elements that are in our live commencement exercises. We’ll play pomp and circumstance along with the Fight Song; the Dean will give a speech, and we will recognize individual programs, as well as our doctoral graduates. Speakers will include the Dean and Department Heads with the participation of a selection of students. Other than Department Heads, faculty and staff will not need any regalia for our ceremony. We will provide ceremony participants with additional information next week.

After the COE ceremony has concluded, everyone will be able to access the Grad Roll, where each student who wanted to participate has made a personalized slide and short video. You can watch them in order, or visit slides individually. The UO will host the main ceremony from 9:00 am - 10:00 am on June 20 as well.

We will be printing the same style of program we do each year that includes all of our graduate’s names. This will be available online as a .pdf or as a physical copy. If you would like a physical copy, click here<https://oregon.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6Yxcpm29VJ28YNn> to order and one to be sent to you when they are printed.

Updated information is available at our website: https://coe.uoregon.edu/commencement/ or at the UO Commencement website: https://commencement.uoregon.edu/announcement

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Lisa
