coe-staff: New announcement on COE website hope page

Dear Faculty and Staff,

I refer you to the COE landing page for an announcement about a new college action we are taking to address institutional inequalities that interfere with the development of African American children, and all children who suffer marginalization. Drs. Ilana Umansky, Bertranna Muruthi and Lillian Durán will serve as organizers for the new Network for Equity in Education Policy (NEEP). Their ability to come together in a week to conceptualize NEEP is impressive, and much appreciated. More details are provided at:
