Dear All,

A few individuals have asked about ways to be involved in equity and inclusion initiatives at the University. The University of Oregon Division of Equity and Inclusion has compiled some equity resources dedicated to action that we wanted to share with you:

* Visit the University's "Listen. Learn. Act." Website https://around.uoregon.edu/listen-learn-act .

* Additionally, many of you are already aware of the Strategies and Working Groups that meet on campus. For more information about joining a Strategies group see the Division of Equity and Inclusion website https://inclusion.uoregon.edu/strategies-and-working-groups

* Finally, the Purchasing and Contracting Services office has opened a specific procurement pool related to Anti-racism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Vendors (both on and off campus) can submit to be part of this pool to provide trainings and other services related to antiracism, diversity, equity, and inclusion for members of the University community. Vendors in this pool will be able to work with university groups without having to go through the time-consuming bid process. Information about signing up to be a part of the university's antiracism trainer or service-provider pool is attached.

Best,
Dianna

I commit to not sharing your status with anyone if you reveal it to me, but also remind you that when interacting with faculty, staff, and offices around campus you are never required to reveal your immigration status.
