Dear Business Managers, Faculty, and Staff,

Mail pick up will be open today in HEDCO from noon - 2:00.

Lisa Fortin will review the mail and will contact you ahead of time if there appears to be legitimate mail or a package for your unit. If you do not hear from Lisa, there is no mail for pick up (or your unit has only received unsolicited mail or advertisements). Please note, any mail not collected will be kept in the Ste. 130 until next week's pick up hours. For urgent mail needs that fall outside of the mail pick-up hours, please contact Lisa Fortin to see if other arrangements can be made.

Social Distancing: When picking up mail, the door to the 130 suite will be propped open and signs will indicate where to wait until it is your turn to enter and collect your mail. Please enter one at a time and maintain the 6-ft social distancing guidelines if you are lining up.

Building Access: The university has implemented strong restrictions related to coming to campus and all UO college deans have been asked to be aware of any individuals who will be coming and going from unit buildings. As such, all individuals who are responsible for mail pick-up or who will be conducting any other in-building activities, are being asked to submit their name on the entrance request list that was shared in the 3.27.2020 email from Dean Kamphaus and is available here: smartsheet<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/app.smartsheet.com/b/form/f20186e0a5fb4a168573545db41fee04__;!!C5qS4YX3!XL5D-KqpnNUS6Z3DFfMiOmyXDUYzqMQugx8zMaPx-z_RHRXPVsCwWFx7YBQRVaa_dQ$> Please await approval from Dean Kamphaus before coming to the buildings.

When visiting the building for approved activities, please limit your activities to only those locations in the building that you absolutely need so that our cleaning crews can accurately monitor areas that need the most attention.

Dianna
