coe-staff: COE Executive Summary and Strategic Framework

Dear Faculty and Staff,

I hope that this emails finds you having either a productive or restful week, and perhaps both for the lucky few. I had my first meeting with Provost Phillips yesterday, and provided him with the attached written background materials to assist in orienting him to our college. These documents helped the Provost develop a better understanding of our current status, recent history, and future plans.

Summary documents about our college will continue to be in demand for other purposes. I will see that you receive updated copies of such documents as they are prepared. You may find the information helpful for grant or contract applications, student recruitment, or internal communication purposes.
