Dear Faculty and Staff,

I am pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Rodriguez to our faculty. She will join us September. I have added some entries from her CV below for those who did not have an opportunity to meet her during the interview process.

I also wish to express our collective gratitude for the work of the School Mental Health Search Committee, which included Laura Lee McIntyre (chairperson), Ben Clarke, Nicole Giuliani, John Seeley, and Marissa Pilger. Nice work!

This position is our last IHP approved hire for this year. I wish to also thank all staff, faculty, and students who participated in the search process, and Amy Green, who worked so hard to finalize all details. It is not easy to fill four positions in a single year. The amount of time and energy required is significant considering everyone's other responsibilities.

To recap, we have hired Wendy Hadley, Bertranna Muruthi, James Muruthi, and now, Geovanna Rodriguez. As a group, they will enrich our work by bringing new research methodology, international, clinical, linguistic, cultural, topical and other perspectives.

With gratitude,

Randy
