coe-staff: north elevator and heat

Repairs have been made to the north HEDCO elevator and the HEDCO heating system.

Unfortunately, it will take a few hours for the building to warm up.

Subject: north elevator and heat

We are experiencing problems with the heat and the north elevator in HEDCO this morning.  The building is cold and the north elevator is down and we are working with CPFM to correct the issue.

I do not have a timeline for either issue but would guess that they will be corrected sometime this morning.

Will advise when I have updated information.
