Partial repairs were completed last night and it is notably cooler in our buildings today.  The weather forecast will help as well as temperatures are expected to be in the low 70's.

Please let me know if your space continues to be stuffy/warm.

Our buildings are warmer than usual because of a chilled water pump malfunction in the tunnel system.  I just spoke to CPFM and they hope to have repairs in place by the end of the day.

At 8:00 pm on August 19, Utilities & Energy began experiencing a 500-gallon per hour loss of chilled water. This represents a very large cost in water, chemical, chiller plant efficiency, and needs to be corrected ASAP.
