coe-staff: New COE awards

Dear COE community,
Please join me in congratulating our colleagues on the following new research awards at the COE:

Christen Knowles, at the Center on Human Development, in collaboration with Alexander Stevens (OHSU) will receive funding from the OHSU-UO Collaborative Seed Grant program for a convening project, "Project Resilience: A neurological and psychosocial collaborative to prevent occupational burnout of K-12 educators." Additional collaborators on the project are Barry Oken (OHSU), John Seeley (UO), and David Lahna (OHSU).

Jo Smith, at the Center for Equity Promotion, will receive 2019-2021 funding from Business Oregon - Meyer Memorial Trust for the evaluation project, "Rural opportunities initiative."
