coe-staff: Report of Career Research Track Faculty Task Force

Dear Colleagues,


I am pleased to forward you a copy of the report and recommendations of the career-track research faculty task force. Please join me in expressing gratitude for the committee's careful work and responsiveness to my charge. The committee was organized and chaired by Leslie Leve. The membership roster includes:


Rhonda Nese - ECS

Nancy Nelson - CTL

Julie Alonzo - BRT

Heather McClure - CEQP

John Seeley - DESTNY

Kim Ledbetter - COE Business Manager representative

Sierra Dawson - Office of the Provost representative

Heidi Huber-Stearns - non-COE C-NTTF member


Representatives of the task force met with our faculty advisory committee today to share and discuss their recommendations. The document will next go to our academic department heads for their input, financial and operations staff for financial modeling, back to the faculty advisory committee for a second time, and to all faculty and staff?.


Of course, all faculty and staff are welcome to provide input on all aspects of the task force's recommendations.


I look forward to implementing as many recommendations as feasible, as quickly as is practical.
