coe-staff: Student & Staff Diversity Resources

Dear College Staff:

As promised, we have a new Governance resource page titled, Student and Staff Diversity Resources. The page includes the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity webpage link. NCFDD is an academic professional development resource network that focuses on advancing the mentoring and writing productivity of graduate students, postdocs, and faculty of color. Also posted are mentoring and advising resources from the William T. Grant Foundation (e.g., mentoring models for senior faculty who mentor graduate students, junior faculty, and postdocs of color; individual mentoring plans for faculty and students; advising toolkits; and more). We are also pleased to have the UO Indigenous Map that Dr. Michelle Jacob and others across campus created.
