MICHAEL MUSHENO is a professor of law and faculty director of legal studies at the University of Oregon. He received his Ph.D. in government at The American University and was a Bush Fellow at Yale University.
CALVIN MORRILL is the associate dean for jurisprudence and social policy/legal studies, as well as a professor of law and sociology at the University of California, Berkeley
