All,

Please be aware of a campus-wide phishing attempts with a link to a supposed online voicemail.

Pleasse be aware that unless you have set up your office phone with the UO's "voiceweb" system (CallXpress), you will never receive an email relating to voice mail.

For those who have set up UO voice mail to send email notifications, the website for accessing the recordings (https://voiceweb.uoregon.edu) uses your five digit phone extension and phone security code for gaining access. It will never ask for your Duck ID credentials.

If you receive or have received this message please delete it and empty your "deleted item" or "trash" folder.

The UO Information Services security team has been notified and blocked on-campus devices from going to the phishing link contained in the message.

Sincerely,

Jeff Woodbury
