coe-staff: Phishing attempt targeting COE with subject : "Re: Follow up"

All,

Please be aware of a COE-wide phishing attempt today (7/18/18) with the subject line: "Re: Follow up" from a Gmail account (_jayanthbanavar.uoregon.edu at gmail.com_).

This message tries to impersonate the UO Provost's email in order to persuade COE employees to purchase iTunes cards.

If you receive or have received this message please delete it and empty your "deleted item" or "trash" folder.

The UO Information Services security team has been notified.
