coe-staff: 2017 Holiday Giving Program

On behalf of the families and children served by Early Childhood CARES, I want to thank all who contributed to the 2017 Holiday Giving Program.  This program relies entirely on the generosity of donors and we are so very grateful for your support.  We were able to fill all requests and 160 children received gifts this year.
