coe-staff: COE students and faculty shine the inaugural Innovation Day Summit

Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,

To quote Lisa Fortin, "Innovation Day was awesome."   There was a lot of interest in the robots programmed by our Ed Foundations students under the tutelage of Dane Ramshaw.  Their exhibits were visited by parents, teachers, home-school students, all seeking contact details and collecting the URLs to the student's websites, etc.  And there were photographers/videographers collecting great footage of the robots.

Our CTL research unit also mounted an impressive exhibition.  They had four stations demonstrating their various on-line educational games.  Numerous alumni and faculty tried their hand.
