coe-staff: Halloween Costume Contest Winners

Hello,
In first place, playing the Swedish Chef is Matt Marcott, and he wins the Halloween Office Treat Basket.  In second place is the Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm-Flailing Tubeman, otherwise known as Lesley Yates Pollard, and she receives a lovely pair of Halloween themed plates.
