coe-staff: TSA Pre-Check enrollment

Dear COE Faculty and Staff,

Apparently the slots filled in record time and there are no more appointments available.  I have already called the Travel office and am hoping that we can bring this service back to campus (hopefully in the HEDCO building) in the new year.  This is pending success of the current event, however in light of the fact that the spots in November filled so quickly I am optimistic for future opportunities. You are able to choose the walk-in option on your application - if you do so, I suggest being at the EMU at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, November 1st.

Your application is good for 120 days and it does allow you to change your appointment location if needed.  The other locations available in Oregon are in Roseburg, Medford and Portland.

I am sorry for any inconvenience, and will keep you updated in regards to future enrollment opportunities here on campus.
